UNPLUGGING THE CONTACT CENTER
The new blog that Aspect launched in September -- "Contact Center: Unplugged" -- expresses the thoughts of senior Aspect executives and long-time industry luminaries Gary Barnett, Roger Sumner and Jim Mitchell.
They use this forum to address a wide range of topics including technology, customer-company interaction, business processes and their own experiences as consumers. The goal is to develop an open, educational dialogue between Aspect, our customers and the contact center industry at large.
