Airport Transfers
Aspect Software recommends that guests arrive in Cairns
by lunchtime on Wednesday 23rd August to allow for a timely
connection to the resort. Dedicated ground transportation
will be provided between Cairns Airport and the resort
throughout the day from 8:00AM to 6:00 PM. Guests arriving
outside of these times will need to make their own ground
transportation arrangements.
On the registration pages, you will find a Travel Details
section. When you have your flight details available, you
should return to this section and complete it accordingly —
this will allow your transfer to Port Douglas to be scheduled
appropriately.
