James D. Foy, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Jim Foy brings more than three decades of software
industry expertise to his role as President, CEO and
Director of Aspect Software. Jim joined the company
in 2001 and under his direction the company has become
the world's largest company solely focused on the contact
center industry.
Jim's continued vision for Aspect Software is to help
our customers gain competitive advantage with solutions
that enable more effective and efficient customer-company
interactions in collections, customer service and sales
and telemarketing.
Under Jim's leadership, the company is making great
strides-consistently meeting financial expectations,
delivering on its aggressive strategic objectives and
earning valuable recognition from the contact center
industry.
During his distinguished career, Jim has held several
executive positions at leading enterprise software
companies. Prior to Aspect Software, he served as
President of Informix Software, a global enterprise
software company with more than $750 million in revenue.
Jim also served as the Executive Vice President of
Engineering at Ardent Software; the Founder, President
and CEO of Constellation Software; and as Director of
Research and Development at Prime Computer. While at
Prime, he was also a member of the board of directors of
X/Open and Unix International.
Ralph Breslauer, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
With more than 20 years of enterprise software experience,
Ralph Breslauer serves as Executive Vice President of Global
Sales and Marketing at Aspect Software. He joined the company
in January 2002 and currently leads the company's global sales
force in its mission to help our customers build the desired
relationships with their customers around the critical business
processes of collections, customer service, and sales and
telemarketing. In addition, Ralph heads the strategic development
and execution of the company's aggressive branding and marketing
efforts.
Prior to Aspect Software, Ralph was Senior Vice President of
Worldwide Field Operations for eRoom Technology, a leading
provider of Web-based collaboration software. Previously, he
was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for
Informix Software's $700 million TransAct Business Group.
In addition, Ralph has held a number of other executive roles
during his career, including Vice President of Marketing for
Databases and Tools at Ardent Software and Executive Vice President
at System Builder Corporation.
Recognized as an up-and-coming contact center industry thought
leader, Ralph frequently contributes articles to leading trade
journals and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Gary Barnett, Chief Technology Officer and Executive VP, Aspect Technical Services
A recognized contact center industry luminary, Gary Barnett
is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Vice
President of Worldwide Support Services at Aspect Software.
As CTO, Gary is responsible for corporate planning, product
architecture and life cycle management. He also oversees
strategic partnerships and long-term product integration
plans that support enterprise-level applications. As
Executive Vice President of Worldwide Support Services,
Gary ensures that customers receive the level of product
support required to achieve their customer contact strategies
in collections, customer service, and sales and telemarketing.
Most recently Gary served as president and CEO of Aspect
Communications. Gary has a distinguished history as a driving
force in communications technology. Gary played a key role as
a founding engineer at Aspect Communications in the development
of the company's first automatic call distributor (ACD). He was a
founding engineer at Octel Communications, where he was one of
the developers of the company's first voice-messaging system.
In 1987, Gary became a founder of Prospect Software, a company
that pioneered computer-telephony integration in the early 1990s.
He returned to Aspect Communications in 1996 when the company
acquired Prospect Software.
Pramod Ratwani, Vice President, Asia Pacific and Middle East at Aspect Software
With more than 19 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific contact
centre industry, Pramod Ratwani is Vice President, Asia Pacific
and Middle East at Aspect Software. Mr. Ratwani is responsible
for directing the company.s sales, services and marketing operations
throughout the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
Mr. Ratwani joined Aspect Software in 1999 to establish its Asia
Pacific presence. He has overseen and directed the company's
regional growth from conservative beginnings of a two-person team
to an operation currently consisting of 16 offices, 50 channel
partners, over 500 customers operating more than 60,000 contact
centre seats and 300 staff.
Before joining Aspect Software, Pramod held senior positions with
AT&T, Lucent BCS in South Asia. Pramod holds a postgraduate diploma
in management, B.SC (Honours) and Bachelor of Engineering degrees.

Tony Christiansen has faced adversity since the age of nine when
a horrific railway accident left him without legs.
Although this was a terrible thing to happen, Tony has never allowed
it to slow him down in anyway. In fact he has achieved more in
his life so far than most of us are willing to even try

- Creating New Zealand aviation history as the first disabled pilot to fly solo

Tony provides his audiences with an insight of what can be achieved
with determination, belief and a burning desire to succeed and accept
the challenges of life.
